Refund & Cancellation Policy – Pharaonic Cannabis Co.

• Cannabis Products: Due to health and safety regulations, all cannabis sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges are permitted once cannabis has left the store or been delivered.

• Accessories & Merchandise (non-cannabis): Unopened, unused accessories may be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase. Items must be in original packaging and in resalable condition.

• Defective Items (non-cannabis): If an accessory is defective, contact us within 7 days for an exchange or refund after inspection.

• Order Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled before fulfillment. Call 613-742-7266 immediately and we’ll do our best to assist.

• Delivery Failures: If the recipient (19+) with valid government ID is not available at delivery, the order may be cancelled. A re-delivery fee may apply.

• In-Store Pickup: Pickup requires valid government-issued photo ID (19+).
